The conference venue hotel provides accommodation for approximately 70 people in single and double rooms.
If needed, further accommodation can be arranged in nearby hotels in the town of Ascona. For guests staying in such external hotels, a transport to and from the conference venue will be provided in the morning and in the evening.
Due to the limited number of single rooms at the conference venue hotel, we strongly encourage to share a room with another participant when possible.
Accommodation for the 5 days of the conference (September 15 to 20, 2013) is arranged directly by the organizers after registration and payment are received.
All lunches and dinners will be provided directly on site and are included in the fees.
