Registration

 

Pre-registration and abstract submission are now open.

 

You can pre-register by submitting an abstract. If you wish to attend the conference without a poster or short talk presentation, you can pre-register by confirming your interest in the conference by email to Paolo Demaria.

 

Please note that:

1. The conference is limited to a total of 120 participants (including invited speakers and organizers)
2. the pre-registration (with or without an abstract) is not binding and does not insure you a place at the conference.

After the deadline for abstract submission (May 31st, 2013) the organizers will evaluate all the submitted abstract and applications to attend without contribution. The selected authors and applicants will be notified in late June 2013 and will be given a link to finalize their registration.

 

Registration will close in mid-August 2013.

Fellowships

We have a limited number of fellowships for students consisting of free registration and board and lodging in shared double room. To apply for such fellowship, please submit an abstract according to our guidelines and add a reference letter from your supervisor. All applications will be evaluated by the scientific committee and the grants will be awarded to the best abstracts. Please submit your application until May 31st, 2013.

Prices

Registration fee

• Full fee: 250.- Swiss Francs (Professors, P.I.s, post-docs, companies representatives)
• Student fee: 100.- Swiss Francs (under- and graduate students)

 

Full board and lodging fee

• 1,300.- Swiss Francs for accommodation in single room
• 1,000.- Swiss Francs (per person) for accommodation in shared double room
• 1,000.- Swiss Francs (per person) for accompanying persons in shared double room

Each conference participant must pay the registration fee AND the board and lodging fee.

 

Accompanying persons DO NOT have to pay the registration feel, but only the board and lodging fee.
